Utilising our experience and years of market knowledge, we are able to confidently consult our clients on a range of topics, including, but not limited to: retaining staff, on-boarding, understanding employment contracts, managing redundancy, market perception and strategy, recruitment training for management teams, optimising team structure and organization, reviewing company salary bandings.


Recruitment Models

We are able to offer our clients a range of recruitment models to best fit their unique budgets and situations.

  • The most “standard” form of recruitment.

    Once a brief has been taken from you, Twenty-One Twelve will advertise the discussed vacancy on your behalf. We will conduct a search across our network and database to approach relevant candidates within the market who tick the boxes for your vacancy.

    We will then have a conversation with the candidates we feel are best suited for your role. This will allow us to create another shortlist of the most applicable and relevant candidates for your position. We then help to arrange interviews between you and the candidates you have chosen, and will help you through the negotiation process and agreeing a start date.

  • Selection Plus is a step up from our standard Selection Recruitment model. Every once in a while you will have a vacancy within your team or for a specific project come up that is difficult to source, fairly niche, and needs just a little bit of extra TLC and attention or maybe you need a more consultative guiding hand in building a whole new team for an exciting new project.

    Selection Plus and Retained assignments allow us to prioritise those more difficult to fill, unique roles.

  • Executive Search is a more focused, specialised level of recruitment, and most of the time it’s used to recruit senior level positions.

    The success of an assignment at this level is really guided by the quality of our connection with you. Because of this, we like to really take the time to understanding your business, gaining insight into what you want in this specific hire, but also understanding where your business is headed overall and how this hire helps you to get there.

    We invest considerable time and effort in developing an in-depth understanding of your organization’s unique culture. We then begin using our knowledge of the market and our network to create detailed market research. We apply mapping techniques across the relevant markets in order to identify and target specific individuals for your requirement. Those successful candidates are then interviewed by us and added to a shortlist if we feel that, after meeting with them, they would be an appropriate fit for your business. We will be there through every step, managing the recruitment process through to a successful closing offer and start date.

  • We recognise that sometimes you need a flexible workforce - so we are here to help you with any Freelance/Contract recruitment you may need to get that pitch won or that project finished.

    We will introduce you to Freelancers and Contractors, who are available for both short and long term contracts, in all disciplines at all levels.
